Regional Leasing Head

Role Overview

The Regional Leasing Head leads leasing operations across multiple malls or retail properties, driving occupancy, revenue growth, and strategic tenant mix alignment at a regional level. This role oversees leasing strategies, negotiates high-value contracts, and builds strong relationships with key tenants and stakeholders to enhance overall portfolio performance. The position also manages and develops a team of leasing managers to ensure consistent execution of corporate objectives across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10–15+ years of leasing experience withinretail, mall, or commercial environments
• At least5 years in a senior managerial role , preferably overseeing multiple locations or branches
• Proven experience in managing adiverse tenant mix (fashion, F&B, lifes...
