Description
The Amazon Operations team in Mexico is seeking an experienced, hands‑on, and customer‑obsessed Regional Learning Manager to lead the ACES Learning initiatives across multiple delivery stations. The role will be responsible for the strategic execution of learning and development initiatives that support core business objectives for our Operations teams, working with internal stakeholders to design, plan, implement, and execute training programs that accelerate business growth and ensure operational excellence.
