Job Description

Regional Lead (GTA) – Landscape Architecture and Urban Design. Join our Toronto Office, reporting to National Sector Lead for Landscape Architecture and Urban Design as well as the Managing Principal of Architecture49 in GTA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the landscape and urban design group in the GTA area.
• Internal and external collaboration with Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers and Planners; mentor intern landscape architects in GTA office.
• Develop creative technical solutions.
• Preparation and review of conceptual design, design development and construction documents including details and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, and effectively meet deadlines.
• Preparation and review of design briefs, cost estimates and technical reports.
