About the Role

Description

:As a Regional IT Support - SEA, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across various systems and platforms. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support & troubleshooting, across SEA countries. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to regional and global IT initiatives while developing your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Mission and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including but not limited to End User Computing (EUC), LAN/WAN, network equipment, servers, printers, communication systems (VC, Telephony system, etc), and access security systems (CCTV, access doors).
