Refueler / gen deployer

Generator Deployment Technician is responsible to deploy, refuel commercial Mobile Generators and refuel Static generators as well as do basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on these units to ensure maximum network availability within the allocated FM office (defined geographical area) and/or sub-cluster within an FM office.

Duties & Responsibilities Must have Confident and Proficient towing skills with good understanding of power connections on site. Able to do basic generator operations, e.g. start & stop. Able do basic troubleshooting under guidance from gen mechanic. Able to Perform Refueling duties as part of the operations. Valid South African driving license – Code 14/EC or higher. Must be minimum 25 years old to qualify for DGR (Dangerous Goods by Road) license accreditation. Electrical and/or Mechanical Competency Qualifications would be very beneficial.
