Refractory Technician

We are seeking an experienced Refractory Technician to support industrial boiler and heavy equipment manufacturing. This is a hands-on role for candidates with full refractory installation experience.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings


• Perform refractory installation including studding, mastic application, forming, pouring, gunning, insulating, lagging, trim work, and brick laying


• Stage materials and tools to meet daily production goals


• Follow safety procedures and quality standards


• Support team production schedules

 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of refractory experience preferred


• Experience with complete refractory job sets required


• Ability to read blueprints accurately
