Recruitment Specialist

We’re looking for a detail‑driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a day‑shift schedule . This role is all about identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.

What You’ll Do

• Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix
• Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
• Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
• Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
• Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
• 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
