About the Role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and their status throughout the hiring process.
- Willing to train at head office Quezon City
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
