Recruitment Officer

Teleperformance Indonesia is looking for an HR Recruitment Staff to join our growing team in Yogyakarta.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to nd recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Administer recruitment assessments and evaluate candidate results
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve hiring targets

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Experience in recruitment is preferred
