The Recruitment Officer is responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. They partner with department heads to define role requirements, source candidates through various digital channels, and manage the interview process from initial contact to the final offer.

  • Talent sourcing using job boards and social media to find active and passive candidates.
