About the Role
In this role, you’ll operate as both a Strategic Talent Partner and a Full‑Cycle Senior Recruiter, owning mid- to leadership-level hiring end‑to‑end. You’ll advise leaders, build deep talent insights, and map niche, future, and AI‑driven skills. You will also apply a strong understanding of the AI market, emerging AI capabilities, and their impact on modern workforce planning, ensuring hiring strategies remain future‑ready. You’ll ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
You will also drive complex and niche hiring strategies across tech, risk/finance, leadership, and other specialized roles, enabling ING to attract world‑class talent.
