About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents
- Train and develop agents on products, sales techniques, and compliance
- Drive business through the agency team to achieve monthly targets
- Motivate and guide agents for consistent performance
- Conduct joint field work and sales support activities
- Monitor agent productivity and improve performance
- Ensure policy issuance, renewals, and persistency
- Maintain strong relationships with agents and customers
- Plan and execute local marketing and lead generation activities
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in insurance / agency / direct sales / BFSI
- Experience in agency channel or team handling is highly preferred
