Overview
Position: Recruitment Consultant
Work setup: Hybrid | Night shift
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing (Seek, database, Facebook groups, etc.)
- Resume screening against job briefs
- Conducting initial phone screens (availability, tickets/licenses, location, pay expectations, work rights, reliability, etc.)
- Shortlisting suitable candidates
- Scheduling interviews for me to begin with (and potentially also conducting interviews further down the track)
- Timesheet follow-ups
- Bulk SMS/email campaigns for high-volume roles
