- They should be able to manage interviewer rosters, coordinate with potential candidates, schedule interviews, and collect feedback.
- Their role in the hiring pipeline of the division is crucial and requires efficiency and organization.
- They should be extremely efficient, responsive, and organized. They should be proactive and thoughtful communicators. They are process-oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures closely. They and should be able to multi-task and keep track of several candidates and job openings at a time.
- They should have good communication with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, HCM partners/stakeholders, and fellow team members.
