Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRDM, Psychology or any related program
• With experience in education or training institutions
• Computer literate, particularly in MS Office applications
• Fresh graduates are accepted

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform the recruitment and selection processes.
  • Endorse or decline applicants based on the submitted qualifying requirements, interview, and personality exam.
  • Ensure that all initial and secondary requirements are submitted on time.
  • Conducts initial orientation on newly hired employees.
• Monitor manpower requisition forms and ensure that positions are filled within reasonable time.
• Ensure that all qualifications, contracts, appointment letters are readily available and updated.
