Description We are looking for a Recruiter to join a high-volume talent acquisition team supporting hiring efforts in Sunnyvale, Texas. This is a Contract position expected to run for 4 to 6 months and will focus on filling a large number of roles at a single location. The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting in manufacturing environments and is comfortable managing full-cycle hiring in a fast-paced setting while partnering confidently with hiring managers.

Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume workload, overseeing approximately 25 to 30 open positions at any given time.
• Source, screen, and advance candidates for manufacturing and operations roles, including positions related to forklift operation, picking and packing, safety, and technical support.
• Conduct and coordinate virtual interviews through Zoom, guiding candidates and hiring teams through each stage of the selection process.
