We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in coordinating logistics, managing shipments, and ensuring timely communication with drivers and customers. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a family-owned trucking company that has grown significantly over the years. This position is hybrid with training in office and remote after that.
Responsibilities:
• Assign loads to drivers by evaluating factors such as hours of service, equipment availability, location, and skill level.
• Monitor and manage shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring schedules are met.
• Maintain consistent communication with drivers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
