The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from crafting job postings to conducting initial candidate interviews. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for identifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Description & Posting: Draft clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions for various roles. Post openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates. ATS platforms are provided.
