Molex, a Koch company, is now hiring a Recruiter to join our team supporting engineering roles across the business. This role will be based in Israel, near the Haifa area, with the office location currently being finalized.
You will play a critical role in enabling the recruitment organization’s strategic vision by partnering with the business to identify and attract contribution‑motivated talent.
As part of Koch Recruiting, you will join a dynamic team operating within a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. In this role, you will own the full‑lifecycle recruitment process supporting engineering positions across business units within Molex Israel. You will develop recruitment strategies, leverage your sourcing capabilities to cultivate internal and external talent pipelines, and collaborate closely with key business partners to deliver strong hiring outcomes.
