Recruiter - 6 Month Contract

Our multinational client in Dublin city centre has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter, for a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, sourcing and engaging top talent for the organisation, with focus on Sales recruitment. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days’ work from home.

Responsibilities Required

·Management of the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting the entire process

·Conducting deep sourcing assessments with candidates from a variety of sources, to deliver the best quality talent.

·Management off full process up to offer acceptance

·Work with a global recruiting team

·Building relationship with hiring managers and all participants in the process

·Establish relationships with candidates to build a strong pipeline for future opportunities.
