Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle, including general ledger management and account reconciliations
- Prepare, review, and validate journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data with accounting standards and company policies
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders to fulfill reporting requirements
- Provide necessary documentation and support during audit engagements
