About the Role
YOUR SCHEDULE
- 40 hours per week
- Mon–Fri: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- Saturdays & Public Holidays: 8:00am – 3:00pm
- 1 weekday off + Sunday off per week
- Greet walk-ins and handle payments for physiotherapy clients and PT renewals
- Manage physiotherapy bookings accurately
- Answer member enquiries in person, over the phone, and via WhatsApp/email
- Handle daily admin records, follow-up tasks
- Be the first point of contact for member feedback and resolve issues calmly
- Follow up proactively on outstanding customer issues and ensure resolution
- Check in with members post-visit to gather feedback and maintain satisfaction
- Keep the front desk running smoothly when the full-time team has signed off
- Minimum 1–2 years of front desk, receptionist, admin, or customer service experience
