About the job Receptionist (Private Bank) Job Description
- Screen and receive visitors and guests
- Maintenance of all meeting rooms and meeting room bookings
- Concierge for all guests including serving of beverages
- Handle telephone calls professionally, routing calls to appropriate staff
- Send registered mails
- Send client statements, mail out posts at end of day. Collect mails from the mailroom, scan through, sort and distribute mails
- Process local and international couriers
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant receptionist experience, preferably in the Financial Sector
