Lock Global Recruitment is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Front of House to join one of our clients, a busy and well-established social housing maintenance and renewables contractor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for customers and colleagues alike.
You'll be responsible for:
☎️ Answering a busy switchboard
📞 Routing calls to the correct departments
📝 Taking accurate messages
👋 Welcoming visitors professionally
💻 Using Outlook, Teams and general office systems
🏠 Handling enquiries from tenants, housing officers, tradespeople and suppliers
We're looking for someone who has:
✔️ Previous reception or busy switchboard experience
✔️ A professional and friendly telephone manner
✔️ Excellent organisation and communication skills
✔️ Good IT skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Teams
