Receptionist

We are looking for a
*Receptionist**
to join our Integrated Facilities Management business line. This role supports the client’s workplace and technical environment by coordinating daily facility operations and assisting with local projects.
This is a part time - 75% FTE - 30 hours of work per week role.
You will work closely with the Facility Manager and Facility Coordinator to ensure smooth office operations and a high-quality employee experience.
The position involves administration, reporting, vendor coordination, and on-site supervision of office areas. You will also support office fit-out initiatives, workstation management, and onboarding activities. Accuracy, responsiveness, and strong communication are essential to succeed in this role.
The Receptionist acts as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and service providers. This is a hands-on, office-based role in a fast-paced, professional environment.
