The Role
As a Receptionist of a boutique National Law Firm, your duties will comprise of -
- meet and greet of clients
- taking enquiries
- ordering catering
- booking couriers
- answering a switchboard
- making teas and coffees
- opening and closing files
- organising meeting rooms and tidying same
- reception inbox management
- ordering stock and groceries
- sorting incoming / outgoing mail
- kitchen duties and general administrative duties
Your experience
You will have at least 2 - 5 years Receptionist experience. Some Law Firm experience is also essential.
