Responsibilities:

  • Phone/Voicemail/E-mail/Instant messaging take clear concise messages and relay messages or route calls in a timely manner
  • Receiving and greeting clients / visitors
  • Provide office hospitality to clients / visitors
  • Provide financial administrative support to Accounts Department
    • Account receivable
    • Account payable
