Overview
Handle incoming telephone calls and provide general reception services to visitors, staff, and students.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in student matters (latecomers, sick bay, early dismissal, lost and found items, request for ice/biscuits/tissue, handling items to students, homework collection)
- Assist in administration matters (stationery organisation, first aid inventories, receiving of goods, checking of files)
- Perform additional duties as assigned
