About the Role
Responsibilities
- At least 2 years’ experience at rebar works.
- Must be able to lead a team of 20 workers and above.
- Must be able to work under hot sun.
- Require carrying heavy construction materials as and when needed.
- Familiar with Construction drawings and AutoCAD software.
- Daily manpower arrangement.
- Daily work order to individual teams with quantity assigned.
- Internal Daily coordination with other trades such as formworks & concrete.
- External Daily coordination with a Main contractor or other sub-contractors.
- Liaise with the Main contractor to solve any technical issues.
- Daily full-time supervision for the team
- Coordinate job scopes for Chinese and NTS workers. Ensure workers are all in a safe working manner.
- Ensure workers follow Safe Working Procedure.
- Rectify for any non-compliance.
- Prepare daily records.
