Real Estate Closings & Operations Specialist

CS Outsource is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Closing & Operations Coordinator to support our government and private bank portfolios. The role ensures smooth closings, accurate data management, and timely reporting across multiple transactions.

You will coordinate closings with internal teams, lenders, and third parties; maintain transaction data in internal systems; and prepare monthly reports. A strong eye for detail and excellent organization are essential.
