R&D Team Lead — Next-Gen Grid Transformers

Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking an experienced R&D Team Manager to lead our Next Generation Grids Transformers team in Geneva, Switzerland. In this role, you will manage a team of over 5 engineers, providing technical guidance and driving R&D strategy.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering and have several years of experience in product development, along with strong project management skills. You will engage with global teams to develop innovative technologies and contribute to sustainable energy solutions.
