Provide technical oversight and guidance, ensuring best practices in robotics systems and industrial automation.
Lead end-to-end delivery of robotics projects, covering hardware, firmware, and software integrated with warehouse automation systems.
Collaborate with Product Owners and leadership to align R&D execution with strategic business priorities.
Drive Agile adoption and SAFe coordination across multiple teams, ensuring sprints and program increments are on track.
Set milestones, manage risks, and maintain project plans and budgets for timely, on-target execution.
Proven track record delivering complex R&D programs on time, within budget, with strong stakeholder communication.
