At Mc Cormick we manufacture, market, and distribute spices, seasoning mixes, condiments, and other flavourful products. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic R&D Learner. This position will support the New Product Development Team throughout the overall product commercialization process (from product development to customer launch phase) with the key responsibilities of compounding and application of seasonings at benchtop level as per set procedures and Customer needs. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Execute compounding activities to ensure seasonings are blended as per outlined blending and sequencing procedure to avail samples for evaluation and Customer submissions. Conduct application to the appropriate base product (snacks & coatings) as set out by Customer Brief/ Procedure to avail samples for evaluation and Customer submissions.
