R&D Engineer – Mechatronic Systems, Simulation & AI**Description -****Key Responsibilities:****Engineering Design & System Development*** Design portions of engineering solutions for mechatronic systems, mechanical and thermal hardware, electronics enclosures, and production tooling, in accordance with established engineering principles and development guidelines.* Support system‐level and control‐related design considerations, including servomotion, actuation, power, and integrated mechanical behaviours.* Conduct feasibility studies, design margin assessments, and analytical evaluations on new and modified designs.* Perform root cause analysis of design or system issues and propose, evaluate, and implement corrective solutions.**Simulation, Analysis & AI‐Enabled Engineering*** Develop and apply simulation models, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural, thermal, vibration, and durability assessments.* Support design decision‐making through simulation‐driven insights and...
