About the Role
- Develops and supports the technician's technical skills.
- Conducts technical training for new machine.
- Assists on machine installation to clients.
- Machine testing, quality checking, study and analysis with complete documentation.
- Develops and maintains software and machine usage.
- Coordinates to supplier for machine improvement.
- Helps to ensure all machines meet quality standard before market release.
- Improves product performance and sustainability.
- Provide assistance to your immediate head on technical matters, as warranted.
- Performs other related tasks that may assigned from time to time.
