R&D and Grants Writing Intern. Your mission is to secure the future of our programs by identifying untapped funding streams. You will map the grant landscape, organize a rigorous application calendar, and draft foundational narratives that effectively tell the Bai Academy story to stakeholders and grantors. Preferably pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

• Current Student pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong Writer – ability to write persuasively, clearly, and professionally.
• Research Pro – comfortable navigating complex government portals and dense eligibility documents.
• Tools – proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and PowerPoint.
