About the Role
We are looking for a RD Sr. Analyst for the Fermentation/Natural Preservatives Area of this panification company.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the Microbiological Laboratory activities.
- Provide technical support to production and engineering teams.
- Participate in the implementation of microbiological plants.
- Develop and enhance food products, mainly related to biotechnological area.
- Evaluate current and alternative ingredients for product formulations. Conduct sensory evaluations of new products. Perform physical and chemical measurements on samples. Maintain controls for the RD group and production plant.
- Perform bench experiments, evaluate the results, and prepare reports of tests performed.
- Prepare the specification for materials (raw materials and packaging) and for finished products, prepare the technical data sheet and such as MSDS and control plan.
