Description
- Develop and implement RAP (Rehabilitation Action Plan) strategies to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the effectiveness of current RAP practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate RAP training and workshops.
- Provide expert advice and support on RAP issues to stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on RAP progress and recommend improvements as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in RAP or related consulting roles.
