About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and domain expertise in advanced radar technologies and RF systems.
- Work closely with engineering and R&D teams on radar system design, development, testing, validation, and optimization.
- Contribute hands-on technical expertise in radar architecture, RF front-end technologies, signal processing, tracking & detection systems, EW concepts, antenna & propagation systems, and radar performance analysis.
- Support indigenous technology development and advanced defence programs.
- Guide RF lab troubleshooting, experimentation, and technical evaluations.
- Mentor engineering teams and support technical knowledge-building initiatives.
- Review technical proposals, specifications, and system-level documentation.
