Quantity Surveyor - Water - Outside IR35

About the Role
We are looking for a quantity Surveyor for one of our clients. You'll be responsible for the commercial management of groundworks and civil engineering works on a major water infrastructure scheme in Reading/ Aylesbury/ Rickmansworth.
You'll be managing all commercial aspects of the project, including cost reporting, valuations, subcontractor procurement and management, change control, compensation events and final accounts. Working closely with operational teams to maximise project profitability while overseeing costs associated with drainage, deep excavations, reinforced concrete structures, utilities, ducting, earthworks and associated infrastructure works. Ensuring commercial compliance, accurate forecasting and effective client and subcontractor liaison throughout the project.
