About the Role
Quantity Surveyor / Site Engineer (Full-Time | On-Site)

We are hiring a hands‑on Quantity Surveyor (QS) with strong experience in estimates, BOQ preparation, and cost control , who will also function as a Site Engineer supporting daily construction operations.
This is a 100% on‑site position . The role requires full‑time field deployment and active involvement in both project costing and site supervision .
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare material take‑offs and quantity estimates
- Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets
- Monitor project costs and material usage
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Assist in progress billings, variation orders, and change orders
- Submit regular cost and quantity reports
- Support daily site supervision and coordination
