Job Description
- Preparingcostestimates,billsofquantities,andtenderdocumentsforconstructionprojects.
- Monitoringongoingexpenses,identifyingpotentialsavings,andproducingprogressreportsforclientsandstakeholders.
- Managingcontractsandprocurement,includingnegotiatingwithcontractorsandsupplierstoensurevalueformoney.
- Conductingriskassessments,methodstatements,andcostvaluereconciliationstomaintainprojectefficiencyandsafety.
- Liaisingwitharchitects,engineers,sitemanagers,contractors,andclientstocoordinateprojectactivitiesandensuresmoothexecution.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- 2 years of experience in technical Sales role
- Preferably knowledge in semiconductor industry
- Pay attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
