Scope of Work & Duties
- Conduct site visits and prepare pre-tender estimates, measurements, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Develop cost estimations and perform cost comparisons.
- Source materials and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Prepare and manage documentation for Extensions of Time (EOT), monthly progress claims, potential variation orders, and final accounts.
- Evaluate subcontractors’ work and recommend payments while verifying invoices against delivery orders.
- Attend site and technical meetings to address project requirements.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with project needs.
- Draft and submit accurate quotations for project work.
- Assist the Project Manager with progress reports, site reports, and site material requisitions.
