Job Description
- Prepare contract documents, and take‑off measurement
- Provide cost estimate and tender submission
- Prepare project cash flow forecast
- Monitor project budget and costing
- Submission of main contract progress claims and variation orders
- Liaise with Consultants and developers on progress payments and VO matters
- Procurement including preparation of tender documents, call quotations and evaluate tender submissions
- Negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers, and make recommendations of award
- Prepare contract documents for sub-contractors and suppliers
- Evaluate suppliers/sub-contractors progress payments
- Evaluate and verify sub-contractors variation orders
- Settlement of final accounts
