Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural and shop drawings Prepare BOQ and cost estimation for: Aluminium cladding, ACP/ACM panels, Curtain wall systems, Glazing works, Louvres & architectural metal works Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Prepare tender submissions and bid comparisons Pre-tender quantity take-offs and façade cost estimation are core QS responsibilities in aluminium and glazing projects. Contract Administration
Review contracts, specifications, and project requirements Prepare subcontract agreements and purchase orders Handle variation orders (VO), claims, and final accounts Track design changes and cost impacts Maintain proper project documentation and records Contract review, VO management, and final account preparation are standard responsibilities in façade QS roles.
