Quantity Surveyor Job Description
- Work with teams to carry out day to day quantity surveyor works assigned such as:-
- Perform Taking off quantities
- Tendering of projects as assigned by the Manager
- Sourcing of sub-contractors, suppliers and materials
- Prepare and follow up Progress payment and claims In timely manner
- Contract administration
- Prepare VOs
- Final Accounts
- Possesses Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years in Civil or LTA projects experience will be an advantage
- Able to work independently, highly motivated and is a good team player
