Reports to the Subcontracts Manager Carry-out quantity take-off based on drawings Processing of payments and payment related tasks Review Subcontractor's payment claim and prepare payment response Budgetary review of Subcontractor's claim issue Manage Subcontract issues from time to time
Job Requirements Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent At least 3 years' working experience as QS Communication with Client/ Subcon/ Design / Planning / Construction team to deal with contract issues Negotiation with Subcontractor for settlement Continuous focus on site issues so the site progress not to be hindered by commercial issues Self-motivated and Good Leadership
