Quantity Surveyor

Alleviative Engineering Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based M&E contractor specialising in ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and general building works.

We undertake installation, upgrading, maintenance, tender, and A&A projects, including works in live environments such as commercial buildings, shopping malls, industrial facilities, and operational premises. Our focus is on practical execution, cost-effective delivery, accurate costing, and reliable project completion.

We are looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter to support both tender and project works.

The primary focus of this role will be quantity take‑off, costing support, and drafting . The candidate will also be required to support other M&E trades, including electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and general building works, depending on project requirements.
