QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

Witflux Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Yishun North Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring the efficient use of resources and delivering value for our clients.

• Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects
• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitoring project costs and expenditures, and providing regular financial reports to project managers
• Identifying and evaluating cost-saving opportunities throughout the construction process
