We're now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Westminster Planned team and support the successful delivery of planned maintenance, responsive repairs, refurbishment and asset management projects.

About the Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day commercial control, reporting and management of one or more contracts, ensuring strong financial performance, effective risk management and commercial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Working closely with operational teams, procurement and clients, you'll play a critical role in maximising contract profitability, managing commercial risks and driving successful project outcomes, whilst providing effective line management and development support to a member of the commercial team.
